Andy
Vocals
Andy performs as the leading vocalist in Foreword, focusing on harsh and gritty vocals. Since his early years, Andy has been driven by the desire to be part of something greater than himself. Inspired by The Outsiders in 6th grade, he longed for a connection akin to the tight-knit bonds of the 'greasers.' By 8th grade, Andy discovered his own unique voice—literally—teaching himself to scream, a skill that would become a defining element of his musical journey.
In 2016, after performing with several other projects, Andy founded Foreword, a band that embodies his vision of creating something unique within a brotherhood.
Beyond his role in the band, Andy is also pursuing a PhD, reflecting his relentless drive for growth and exploration in both his academic and artistic pursuits. For Andy, Foreword is more than just a band; it's a conduit for bringing to life the music that he's always desired and the brotherhood he always craved.
